Weld County residents are invited to share their experiences and priorities for services that support older adults, including transportation, nutrition, caregiver support, in-home assistance, wellness programs, and other resources for aging well. No registration is required for the Community Conversation. This location also participates in the Friendly Fork Senior Lunch Program; that meal is separate from the Community Conversation and requires an advance reservation.

Powerful Tools for Grandfamily Caregivers

A free six-week program designed specifically for grandparents and other relatives raising children. Participants learn practical tools for reducing caregiver stress and burnout, improving communication, handling difficult emotions, and strengthening their caregiving skills. The program meets every Thursday from October 1 through November 5, 2026, 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, online via Zoom. Participants are expected to attend all six consecutive sessions; this is not a drop-in class. Registration is required: contact the Larimer County Office on Aging Caregiver Team at 970-498-7758.
