Xioma and Dr. Eric Shenk are the owners and operators of three assisted living and memory care homes serving seniors throughout Northern Colorado. Together, they combine decades of clinical expertise with a shared passion for creating warm, compassionate communities where older adults can thrive.

Xioma brings more than 30 years of experience as a physical therapist specializing in senior care. Throughout her career, she has worked in skilled nursing, memory care, assisted living, and home health, helping older adults navigate aging with dignity, independence, and personalized support.

Dr. Eric Shenk earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed training in General Surgery before dedicating his career to senior care leadership. As an administrator, he focuses on fostering exceptional resident experiences through collaborative care, engaged staff, and thoughtful innovation.

Together, Xioma and Eric are committed to providing a level of care they would want for their own family – building welcoming homes where residents feel respected, connected, and genuinely cared for.
