About this event
Each month, Dementia Together purchases meals from a local Northern Colorado restaurant and, with the help of our amazing volunteers, delivers them at no cost to participants who engage in our education and enrichment programs. This is a small reminder that we walk with you on the dementia journey. Each person must be registered individually for an accurate meal count.
