The Dementia Together workshops are designed to empower family care partners with practical tools, emotional support, and a sense of community. Workshops are interactive, allowing care partners to bring real-life challenges for immediate support and guidance. Completing the Doing Dementia Together™: For Families education class is required before attending Dementia Together workshops.
